Thank you for your interest in having the Governor, the First Lady, or the Lieutenant Governor participate in your event. Please note the following guidelines for your submission.

We are not able to confirm events for the Governor more than thirty (30) days in advance. You will be notified at that time of the Governor’s availability. Due to the number of requests the Governor receives, he will not be able to accept every invitation. We would like to assure you, however, that your request will be given proper consideration.

We also request that you do not use the Governor’s name in association with your event unless he is a confirmed attendee. (This means he is not to be listed as an “invited guest” on any invitations) This is done to prevent any misconceptions about the Governor’s appearance or endorsement.
