The Office of Budget and Management provides fiscal accounting and budgeting services to state government. These services include the coordination, development, and monitoring of agency operating and capital budgets. OBM also reviews, processes and reports on financial transactions made by state agencies. OBM assists the Governor and other state agencies by providing policy and management support relative to the state's fiscal activities.
