Kasich Announces Appointment to Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, General and Domestic Relations Division May 8, 2017 COLUMBUS – Today Governor John R. Kasich announced the appointment of Robert G. Hart of Fremont (Sandusky Co.) to serve as a judge on the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, General and Domestic Relations Division. Hart will assume office on June 5, 2017, and must run in the November 2018 election to retain the seat for the remainder of the unexpired term which ends February 9, 2021. Hart is replacing Judge Barbara J. Wilson, who passed away. Hart received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago and his law degree from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Municipal Court Judge for the City of Fremont. Hart is a member of the Ohio Judicial Conference including the Executive Committee, Criminal Law and Procedure Committee, Traffic Law and Procedure Committee and Co-Chair of the Civil Law and Procedure Committee.
